Established in 2016, Ajmair Marketing has grown from a single office into a name buyers and investors rely on. We represent families buying their first home, overseas Pakistanis investing from abroad, and developers bringing projects to market.
Our advantage is focus. We know the projects we sell in real depth, so our advisors carry current knowledge of pricing, demand and construction progress, and clients decide with clarity instead of guesswork.
That focus extends to how we publish. Every project we market carries its full rate card and payment plan in the open, because a buyer who understands the numbers makes a better decision.

A property is rarely just a transaction. It is someone's savings, their family's security, or the plan they have worked toward for years. We treat it that way.
When we started Ajmair Marketing in 2016, we set out to close a simple gap. Buyers too often learned what a property was really worth only after the deal was already done.
So we chose to work in the open. We publish our projects' pricing and payment plans in full, we verify what we market, and when the honest advice is to wait, we give it.
